- Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Powder is derived through the process of fractionation that involves the extraction and isolation of medium chain triglyceride fatty acids from coconut oil, which then undergoes the process of spray drying with Arabic gum in order to encapsulate the oil in powdered form. Medium Chain Triglycerides are shorter in length than most long-chain fats and oils (such as vegetable oil or canola oil), which allows them to be more readily absorbed for energy use in place of proteins or carbohydrates. This makes MCTs an excellent addition to any meal replacement formula or for users that are looking for an alternative fat-based energy source.

On this order of my MCT I notice that the powder is not as smooth as I’m used to.
It tends to be lumpy and I have to break it up as I pour it.
Not up to what I normally receive.
