- Our standard production time is 24–48 hours before your order heads out for shipping.
- Once it ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the ship date.
- Haven’t received tracking yet? Check your spam or promotions folder—or log into your account to view your order status.
- If your tracking says “delivered” but the package hasn’t arrived, carriers sometimes mark orders early. Give it 48 hours—it usually shows up shortly after.
- Still no luck? Reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns must be approved by our Customer Support Team. Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom mixes ordered in a 1-pound size are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided at least 60% of the product remains in the original packaging.
- Supplements can only be returned unopened and in their original packaging within the 30-day return window.

- Manage Subscription: Log in and click “Manage Subscription” in your Account Dashboard to cancel or change delivery frequency.
- Charge Time: Orders process at 9 PM PST / 12 AM EST. Cancel before then to avoid the next charge.
- Change Flavor: Edit flavors up to 24 hours before processing under “My Subscriptions.”
- Discounts: Subscriptions include a 7% discount and cannot be combined with other promos.
