It doesn't upset my stomach and since it is not flavors I put it in my coffee. It does make the coffee a little thicker but nothing crazy and it doesn't taste bad. It does change the taste of the coffee but not in a bad way - at least I don't think so.

The product itself was great, it’s the shipping and customer service that is terrible. My order didn’t get sent in right but I wasn’t informed of this until almost a week after I had ordered and paid for it. Then it took over another week to get it. It would be one thing if this was the first time I’ve had issues, but every time I order now I have no idea when I’m getting my order or if everything went through ok. I’m currently searching for a different supplement supplier because I am tired of the terrible service, love the products hate everything else..
