Our new summer obsession: Frozen S’mores packed with creamy Egg White Protein, chocolatey goodness, and graham-style crunch. Built for hot days and small effort. 🔥🍦🍫

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops of our Peanut Butter Cup or French Vanilla flavored Egg White Protein  (Whey or Pea works, too)
  • 8–10 store-bought graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 1 container whipped topping (we used Cool Whip)
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


Peanut Butter “Caramel” Layer:

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: chopped peanuts for garnish


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch dish with parchment paper.
  • Place half the graham crackers on the bottom.
  • In a bowl, mix the whipped topping, protein powder, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in the mini chocolate chips and spread over the graham crackers.
  • In another bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt.
  • Drizzle this mixture on top.
  • Add the rest of the graham crackers on top and press gently.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours or overnight.
  • Let soften a few minutes before cutting into bars.
