Our new summer obsession: Frozen S’mores packed with creamy Egg White Protein, chocolatey goodness, and graham-style crunch. Built for hot days and small effort. 🔥🍦🍫

Ingredients
- 8–10 store-bought graham crackers, broken into pieces
 - 1 container whipped topping (we used Cool Whip)
 - 2 scoops of our Peanut Butter Cup or French Vanilla flavored Egg White Protein (Whey or Pea works too)
 - 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
 
Peanut Butter “Caramel” Layer:
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
 - 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
 - 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
 - Pinch of sea salt
 - Optional: chopped peanuts for garnish
 
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch dish with parchment paper.
 - Place half the graham crackers on the bottom.
 - In a bowl, mix the whipped topping, protein powder, and peanut butter until smooth.
 - Stir in the mini chocolate chips and spread over the graham crackers.
 - In another bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt.
 - Drizzle this mixture on top.
 - Add the rest of the graham crackers on top and press gently.
 - Freeze for 3–4 hours or overnight.
 - Let soften a few minutes before cutting into bars.
