Ingredients

- 1 cup raw milk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (if using unflavored protein)
- ½ frozen banana (optional — for thickness + natural sweetness)
- 3–5 ice cubes
- Optional: 1 tbsp almond butter (extra creaminess + satiety)
- Optional: pinch salt (makes chocolate taste richer)
- Optional: splash vanilla extract
Instructions
