These are for when you want a cookie but also want protein involved. Banana, peanut butter, chocolate… you get the idea.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder (we used rBGH Whey Protein Isolate in Cacao flavor) a plant based protein works too!
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Âź tsp baking powder
  • Âź banana, diced
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 3–4 squares high-quality baking chocolate, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix protein powder, oats, and baking powder.
  • Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
  • Fold in banana, walnuts, and chocolate.
  • Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and gently flatten.
  • Bake 8–10 minutes (slightly soft in the center is perfect).
  • Let cool 5 minutes — they firm up as they set.
