Simple spiced oats with a protein boost.
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¾–1 cup milk of choice
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of cloves (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, spices, and salt until evenly combined.
- Add milk and maple syrup. Stir well until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight.
- Stir before eating. Add more milk if needed.
