Simple spiced oats with a protein boost.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¾–1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl or jar, mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, spices, and salt until evenly combined.
  • Add milk and maple syrup. Stir well until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight.
  • Stir before eating. Add more milk if needed.

  • Chopped nuts
