Customer satisfaction is our top priority here at True Nutrition. We hope to ensure that every product purchased through the web site will meet your complete satisfaction. As a custom manufacturer of health and nutrition products, however, we are limited in the products we are able to accept back as a return.  Custom formulas that have been designed by our customers, including products ordered as single raw materials and nutritional products that have had their safety seals compromised can not be returned. We will allow returns of products that have not been opened, that are non-customized, and are not in “bulk” or “raw” form.  


We cannot return any products of customizable nature. These products are specifically designed by the individual buyer of that product. We will, however, accept returns on customized products that have been mixed or flavored incorrectly. We will not be held liable for taste or mixibility issues that result directly from the choices made by our customers when designing their custom protein formulas using our custom mixing options online. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives prior to placing a custom mix formula if you have any questions or concerns regarding the taste or mixibility of your new formula.  


True Nutrition will only allow for returns on non-custom, sealed items that have not been opened or used in any way, and that meet the criteria listed below. Please contact admin@truenutrition.com with the following information for qualifying returns: 


-Invoice Number

-Product description, SKU, and quantity

-Dates of purchase (all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt)

-Reason for return (damage, incorrect item, customer error, etc.) 


Once a request for return has been received, True Nutrition will provide an RMA# along with the return shipping address within 1-2 business days once it has been determined that each of the items requested for return meet the criteria laid out in our Returns Policy. Customers must mark the outside of returned boxes with the RMA# clearly visible, or the package will not be accepted for return.  


-All returns must be mailed within 30 days from the issuing date of the RMA#.

-Customers will be required to pay the postage on all products being returned due to customer error or dissatisfaction.

-True Nutrition will issue pre-paid return labels for any returns that have resulted from damage or incorrect items.

-In the event of missing products, True Nutrition must be contacted within 24hrs of receipt.

-No check/money order returns will be accepted.

-A 10% restocking fee may apply to any returns based on customer error or dissatisfaction

-Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner, and must be in resalable condition.
