    Love these!!

    I need both zinc and magnesium as I’m deficient in both per my lab work. But I haven’t had any early morning Charlie horses from my Hashimoto’s. I’ve been using this product since my last labors, so I’ll know at my next draw how much more I need to add to my daily intake.
