    Love it!

    This protein is so easy to incorporate into my regimen. It mixes well with my yogurt or smoothie and is not chalky or gritty, which is so important. The only issue is that it cannot be added easily to anything hot without it seizing. However, if you temper the protein with a plant-based milk, for example, before adding it to hot tea, that works while having a nice creamy consistency. Other than this extra step when adding to something hot, I love it!

    This stuff is absolutely delicious and mixes well even with milk with an ordinary shaker. I like it better than Optimum Nutrition protein!
