I thought it would be totally gross, but I wanted more greens in my life so decided to give it a try. I mix it with a glass of half water, half pineapple juice, and a half scoop of the Collagen protein powder (light Toasted Coconut flavor) - it looks abominable but it's actually quite delicious. It is a little chalky, but that doesn't bother me. I imagine it goes well in a smoothie, too, but haven't tried that yet.
