    top protein efficiency

    This is some of the highest protein to calories for the money that I've been able to find. The flavor is mild and works well with eggs, baked goods etc. Still prefer whey for coffee but this is a great addition to my supplement regimen.

    This Porcine Collagen is almost like dust, so it blends well with liquids. Unfortunately, it has a bit of taste to it, so I do not find it appetizing to use in my smoothies. I have had another brand which has no taste whatsoever. I would give it five stars if it had no taste.

    Great Collagen

    I can't have beef collagen or whey. This is one of the few companies that carries pork. Pigs are supposed to have similar genetic characteristics as humans, think of heart valves, kidneys, etc. This is supposed to make the collagen more absorbable. I don't think the taste is bad. I use the plain one without additives. I mix it with unsweetened cocoa, frozen coconut milk ice cubes, vanilla almond milk, monk fruit and a full scoop of collagen. Yummy milkshake.
