I am very impressed with this product, I was using Surge for a long time, then the price got ridiculous,t hen I found peri MD. It tastes great provides the carbs and aminos for a hard training session does not give me any gastric issues. I now have my new favorite intra workout supplement. I would recommend this to anyone that trains hard for the extra that it provides, during and after the workout.

It’s a real intra. Great for intense leg days. I don’t use it for every training session. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is it stinks up my jug afterwards.

Turned onto this by a buddy who hits heavy weight at gym at 5am every day as he doesn't like to eat that early before working out. I am similar first thing in the morning so this has become my "go to" fuel for early morning gym sessions since I otherwise only have caffeine and no carbs in my body for fuel. I drink it for the complex chain dextrose, but I also like that it has an efficacious dose of Citrulline. I fortify it with 1gram of l-Arganine too. Flavor is B+ but i've learned to like it. I mix with the recommended 24oz water, but you can obviously have stronger flavor with less water. I am hoping they will someday introduce another flavor, like fruit bunch, or watermelon, or Lemon/Lime
If you're on a diet - deficit/maintenance/surplus - don't forget to account for the 160 calories per serving.

Really great. I've went with true nutrition for many many years now. They did not disappoint 👏 🙌 I love that they're no frills but so great ingredients.
