This is my first time using any True Nutrition supplements other than the protein powders. This Omega-3 is not as potent as the Nordic Omega-3 but it is definitely less costly. I've just started taking them so the jury is still out on the efficacy.

I was using a more expensive O3 fish oil from amazon and the quality was getting a little wonky so I decided to try TNs. Just as good if not better, no fish burps and quick turn around times from TN make it a no brainer.
