I think most of the negative reviews do not understand casein vs whey. I use this in overnight oats and baking, works perfectly. It's extra thickness is perfect and the flavor is good.

I shake the sh!t out of this stuff in a blender bottle and yet it remains clumpy and represents what I can only imagine a mouthful of wet concrete would feel/taste like.

Micellar Casein tends to clump a bit, as this is how it usually reacts inside our bodies. The clumps then release amino acids slowly, making it a slow-digesting protein that is perfect for overnight recovery. We usually recommend blending with a hand frother or blender.

When mixing the casein protein powder in a blender bottle with ice cubes, it clumps horribly. Please find a solution for this. It is not convenient on the go to use an electric blender.

So upset I wasted money on this. It’s impossible to mix in in water or even in greek yogurt. The mixing ball from my shaker was stuck in the powder, even after mixing very hard, there is a clump of powder at the bottom. If returns were free, I would return everything.
