    • Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Micellar Casein (Milk), Avocado Oil Powder (Avocado Oil, Maltodextrin), Virgin Olive Oil Powder (Virgin Olive Oil, Maltodextrin), Lecithin (Soy).

    • Uses: Meal Replacement: Provides 21g of protein, 2g of carbohydrates, and 4g of fat for a wholefood meal replacement!
    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) 1-4 times (or as needed) daily in 8-12floz of water, juice, or milk. Stir or shake and enjoy!

    I am not a big

    I am not a big breakfast eater. Never have been. So I purchased this protein as a way to fuel up in the morning. I use the vanilla flavor with banana and milk. I mix mine in my Blendtec blender. I find this eliminates the problem with the malto globs. Overall great product. I feel fuller longer and don't have mad cravings for crap food.

    I work out in the

    I work out in the mornings with triathlon training. This is a great breakfast and usually keeps me full until lunch. Taste: the taste is pretty similar to any of the other protein powder flavors you get. However, with the addition of the malto in here, it does have a distinct corn flavor to it, so possibly consider some extra flavoring. Mix: I use this in a blender bottle with milk for best taste, and it seems like it blends better with milk. Even after mixing thoroughly, you're still going to have little globs of malto in there, and there isnt much you can do about it, believe me, I've tried. Overall, good meal replacement, but it doesnt mix or taste as good as I'd hope.
