    L leucine powder.

    I use this product as part of my daily nutritional intake. As a 67 year old, competitive strength, athlete, this product is key to building and maintaining muscle mass and strength. My wife is also a competitive strength athlete and consumes this product as well. Due to our age, we both consume about 7 to 8 g per day.

    The taste is minimal, much

    The taste is minimal, much less bitter than I expected. And this makes adding a leucine boost to my workout nutrition is a whole lot easier!
