First off the company supports the customers, I had an issue with shipping (the company used for shipping osm is horrible) true nutrition please use FedEx as your shipping company. I reached out to true nutrition and without another question they responded with tracking info for a new shipment! Tried the protein for the first time today. This is hands down the best tasting beef protein on the market, I’ve tried many different brands. True Nutrition sponsor me on my journey!! Definitely will be buying again.

I like this brand and I love the price. The flavors are a little strong for me so I either use less (getting less protein) or I mix with the unflavored so it’s not so strong.

I mix the unflavored beef isolate protein into milk drinks, smoothies, and baking items. Into warm or cold milk with a frother, I find it clumps up too much. I usually use an immersion blender and still get some clumps that end up wasted, but it’s minimal.
When I blend into a smoothie, I do find that it makes the smoothie really frothy, so I usually wait for the bubbles to pop back down before drinking.
One of my favorite non-noticeable ways to use this though is to mix into peanut butter oat bars that I make or the granola bars I make for my kids. Sometimes I also add into baked oatmeal. I don’t notice any flavor change in the end product and I love that I can increase the protein content of these items without adding other questionable ingredients.

I can not drink milk in amy form. IYKYK. This protein tastes great and does the job. It does not negatively affect my stomach in the slightest. It does not mix very well in a shaker, but that is only a small issue compared to the many benefits that this protein provides. It mixes jiat fine in my magic bullet. After trying this, I'm a repeat customer.
