It's creatine. It's probably the best bang for your buck. Most other brands you'll get about 2/3 the amount for the same price.

I have tried other brands and have found they do not work as well as this brand . I mix one scoop in 1/2 cup of orange juice in the morning and have energy and mental clarity all day with no jitters ect .
