    Quality product

    I have tried other brands and have found they do not work as well as this brand . I mix one scoop in 1/2 cup of orange juice in the morning and have energy and mental clarity all day with no jitters ect .

    Be careful using this - wish I had known the risks

    I'm training for a marathon and took this to try to maintain muscle mass. While it has definitely helped in that regard, it has caused lower leg issues I have not experienced before. Several studies on PubMed show that creatine supplementation significantly increases anterior compartment pressure in the lower leg during and after exercise, with symptoms similar to debilitating shin splints. I have stopped using the product. Use with caution and monitor your body's response closely.
