The Competitive Post-Workout Formula provides 9g of protein to support muscle-building and 19g of carbohydrates to help increase energy levels following intense exercise. The Competitive Post-Workout Formula utilizes the Peptopro Hydrolyzed Caseinate, a highly-effective pre-digested protein powder, and Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin, a complex carbohydrate with a high molecular weight and zero grams of sugar. **Please note: Peptopro tends to be as bitter as it is effective, and will mix and taste best in strong fruit flavors!**
    • Ingredients: Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin, Peptopro® Hydrolyzed Caseinate (Milk).

    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) 1-2 times per day in 10-12floz of water, juice, or milk. Stir or shake and enjoy!

    I cannot recommend this product

    I cannot recommend this product enough. It's truly changed the way I am able to train, and recover. There are so many other products that claim to be the best with proprietary blends -- but this product doesn't have to hide behind anything. It simply includes the best ingredients out there right now. I train for strength, but cycle carbs and attempt to time them appropriately. This product causes zero gastrointestinal distress, and does not contribute weight gain like other carbs I've used (e.g. maltodextrin). Simply put, it's worth the price. This review sounds like a paid-endorsement, but I'm just a gym-rat who loves to go balls to the wall during training.
