The BA is effective and makes me want to claw my face off, as expected. The scoop size, however, seems like it's around 2 g, based on my kitchen scale but the serving size is 3 g. The label doesn't quite make it clear. It would be ideal of the label gave clarity or if these things matched up perfectly. Otherwise, no complaints.

I’d been using the conjugate method for years and would read articles about beta-alanine and how it would help you to push a few more reps. Seeing as how I didn’t push reps too high all that often I didn’t think it would help much. After doing some research for an exercise physiology class I decided I’d give it a try. I loaded for 4 weeks and then take a maintenance dose of 3g per day. About the second week of loading, following a higher volume session than normal I noticed zero soreness when it should have been pretty painful. I pushed the volume the following week and again no soreness and I my recovery was faster. When it came to conditioning I was able drag the sled a little longer and recovered faster. Also the lower back tightness that I would get while lifting diminished allowing me to complete the entire training session. Added creatine monohydrate after 6 weeks of beta-alanine and this is now my standard stack. Great like all Truenutrition products that’s why I’ve been using and recommending them for years.
