The material is minimally processed, using a soft cold-water microfiltration system. In addition, Grass-Fed Whey Protein Concentrate is instantized using sunflower lecithin, making it entirely Soy-Free to support lean muscle growth.

    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) in 8-12floz of water, juice, or milk.

    Great tasting protein powder

    I originally was turned to true nutrition for its "purity" by my trainer/ nutritionist. I can say I really enjoy the protein. I mix unflavored in my oatmeal regularly and the chocolate flavor mixed with water (even better, milk) tastes like a milkshake!

    Great mixability, very subtly flavored

    I'd been a customer going back to the earliest True Protein days, especially using Skip's Blend. I stepped away for a while when the website changed and it seemed many of the choices, blends and options were gone, Great to see they are back! This product blends well and digests easily, I will say, the default flavor (you can make it stronger in a custom mix) is VERY subtle. I ordered the chocolate peanut butter and flavor is barely perceptible. That's not a problem for me as I often blend it with other things, but if you want pronounced flavoring, you'll want to boost it.
