Treat her (or yourself) to a better brunch. These Strawberries & Cream Protein Pancakes, made with our French Vanilla Whey Protein, are light, fluffy, and packed with protein. The perfect way to say "You're strong, loved, and truly deserve this." 🍓 đŸ„žÂ 

 

Ingredients:

For the pancakes:

  • 1 cup + 1/2 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup TN French Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 3 small eggs (or 2 large)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1–2 tbsp milk of choice (if needed to thin batter)

For the cream:

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop True Nutrition French Vanilla Whey
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • A dash of vanilla extract (optional)

Toppings:

  • Fresh sliced strawberries
  • Extra maple syrup or butter (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder, and protein powder. In another bowl, mix the eggs, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and stir until smooth. If the batter is too thick, add milk 1 tbsp at a time to thin it slightly.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
  • While the pancakes cook, stir together the yogurt, protein powder, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Top your pancake stack with the cream, sliced strawberries, and any extras you like.
