But don’t worry—we’ve got a solution. Made with our Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration in TrueFlavor French Vanilla, these easy Samoas mockups taste just like the real deal. Easy, delicious, and packed with protein? Sign us up.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates (softened if possible)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration in TrueFlavor French Vanilla
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 oz dark chocolate (melted)
- Optional: A splash of your choice of milk if the dough is too dry
Instructions:
- Make the Dough – Blend the dates, protein powder, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt in a food processor until a thick dough forms. If the mixture is too dry to blend smoothly, add a small splash of milk and blend again. Mix in the shredded coconut.
- Shape the Cookies – Roll into small discs and use a straw or your finger to poke a hole in the center for that classic Samoas look.
- Dip in Chocolate – Melt the dark chocolate, then dip the bottom of each cookie into it. Drizzle extra chocolate on top.
- Chill & Enjoy – Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until set.
