Just add frozen ripe bananas, a splash of milk, and a few mini chocolate chips.

- 2 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 scoop True Nutrition protein (vanilla or chocolate) we used our Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
- 1–2 tbsp almond milk or Califa oat milk (add more as needed)
- Optional: Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Add frozen banana slices, protein powder, vanilla, and 1 tbsp of milk to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. Add more milk 1 tsp at a time only if needed to blend.
- Enjoy immediately for soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for scoopable nice cream.
- Optional: Top with chocolate chips
