Due to high demand and COVID-19 impacts, we are experiencing a large volume of orders and delays are expected during this time. Shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx and UPS are all experiencing delays and many have suspended their 'delivery guarantee' due to this pandemic.

 

If you feel as though your package has been lost or stuck in transit, we ask that you kindly wait and monitor the tracking information for a few business days prior to contacting our Customer Service team for support. Many shipping carriers are not updating as frequently as usual, which can lead to confusion when attempting to track your package.
