Hard to tell if it's having an effect as I'm naturally a hard gainer, but I seem to be able to hold onto muscle and stay lean through gaps in training. I've read through multiple peer-reviewed sources on the ingredients and there's evidence based benefits. Only gripe is that the capsules can stick on the way down and give heartburn. Make sure you drink plenty of water afterwards to wash them down.

A-Bolic
I’ve only been taking them for a week, so hard say in terms of strength increase. I have noticed that my muscles seem fuller/tighter since taking them. Hopefully, I’ll notice more in the coming weeks in regard to recovery and strength gain.

Not Sure Honestly
I'm not sure what to think. I take 6 cap every day. 2 with each main meal. I train hard (lift 5 days/week and run about 25 miles/week). Been taking them since beginning of July. It's now late October. I maybe notice a little bit of strength gains, but shouldn't anyone over time? I guess it's just not crazy noticeable. Not a whole lot of body recomp. either. I just don't SEE any benefits. Perhaps there's stuff at the micro level? I keep taking because I'm hoping something happens all of a sudden. Maybe if I were to get blood work done, perhaps I'd see something there. But nothing visible for sure. I give it a 3 stars because there are no visible manifestations.

This is the 4th prep i have used abolic. I seem to keep my muscle and strength for the most part every fat loss phase.
