    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) of material in 16-24floz of your favorite beverage. Stir or shake and enjoy!
    • Mix-ability: Requires 16-24floz of liquid to blend evenly. Product will thicken considerably.

    Lead content unknown

    Not going to purchase this again as TN was not able to provide lead content for this product. Considering lead content is a serious concern, I was quite disappointed

    Perfect replacement for Metamucil

    I was diagnosed with microscopic colitis and was prescribed to take a psyllium husk fiber supplement to help with symptoms. At first I took Metamucil, but with all the added ingredients it wasn't working out for me. Luckily, I found True Nutrition where I could purchase great quality psyllium husk as a standalone ingredient, putting me in control of what goes into my body. Works just as well (if not better) than Metamucil.

    Mixes terribly. Need at least 24oz of water to make it drinkable.
