    16oz hot water, pinch of vanilla powder, 1tsp matcha, 1tsp honey, splash of tigernut oil. Blended with immersion blender (vitamin brand works great as it doesn’t froth up too much).

    Tasty with zero discomfort

    My trainer recommended True Nutrition after I complained about the protein powder I was taking was giving me terrible belly aches.

    I haven’t had any discomfort with this product and I love the taste!

    Unfortunately the sunflower lecithin is causing problems with my digestive system resulting in some inflammation. I could also do without the intense creaminess.

    Grass-Fed Beef Protein Isolate Cacao

    I work with a nutritionist and she gave this an enthusiastic thumbs up and even thanked me for bringing it into her awareness. I get the cacao with monk fruit sweetener and I think it is delicious and satiating. Love it!
