    Morning Protein Coffee Smoothie

    For the past couple years I’ve been making a morning smoothie utilizing grass fed beef protein. I’ve tried many flavors and keep going back to vanilla, caramel macchiato, and salted caramel.

    Recipe:

    Almond milk, ( sometimes both almond and coconut milk), cold brew coffee, creatine, collagen powder, grass fed beef, protein, and sometimes frozen banana.

    Everything mixes great and taste great. Thanks for a great product True Nutrition!

    Grass Fed Protein

    Overall, this has been a great product! Mixes well and no bloat.

    Our favorite is the Salted Caramel. We drink this in our coffee and it's delicious! We also love the Vanilla and Caramel Macchiato!

    We tried a pound of the white chocolate/peppermint bark flavor this time, since it's the Christmas season, and were unfortunately disappointed. This didn't really taste like white chocolate or peppermint bark to us and we thought it had a "chemically" aftertaste.

    We will continue to occasionally try new flavors, but there are those that just don't trip out trigger.
