    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) in 8-12floz of water, juice, or milk.

    I like it

    It doesn't upset my stomach and since it is not flavors I put it in my coffee. It does make the coffee a little thicker but nothing crazy and it doesn't taste bad. It does change the taste of the coffee but not in a bad way - at least I don't think so.
