After over 20 years of taking in protein drinks, Dante is pretty much ruled by taste, and at a steady three shakes a day, this is the one protein that works out best for him. Whenever he wants a slower absorbing protein, he will add olive oil to his shake. At various other times throughout the day, he will mix one serving with Crystal Light, pudding, pancake mix, or other recipes for increased protein intake daily. DCs Protein Formula provides a solid 27g of protein to help support muscle-building!
