A warm, protein-packed twist on classic apple crumble.

Ingredients

Apple Filling

  • 3 medium apples, peeled + diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 2 scoops Pumpkin Plus Protein
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Toss apples with cinnamon, arrowroot, and maple syrup. Spread into a small baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine oats, coconut flour, chopped nuts, Pumpkin Plus Protein, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes, until apples are soft and crumble is lightly golden.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.
