Ingredients
Apple Filling
- 3 medium apples, peeled + diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 2 scoops Pumpkin Plus Protein
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss apples with cinnamon, arrowroot, and maple syrup. Spread into a small baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, coconut flour, chopped nuts, Pumpkin Plus Protein, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until apples are soft and crumble is lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
