Our new favorite 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bar recipe combines our Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Flavored Whey Protein (or Pea Protein), and four simple ingredients. Soft and chewy, these bars are so delicious you'll probably eat the whole batch (we did). 🤤
Recipe (makes 8 bars):
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- 1 ½ cups Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Whey Protein (Pea Protein works too)
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (for topping)
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp milk of choice (if mixture feels too dry)
Instructions:
- Mix peanut butter and honey in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in protein powder to form a thick dough.
- If crumbly, add milk 1 tbsp at a time until it comes together.
- Press the dough firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars.
