Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of our Grass-Fed Whey Protein (Vanilla, Strawberry, or Unflavored) Pea Protein works well too
 - 1 cup whole milk or oat milk (any milk of choice works)
 - 2 tablespoons peanut butterÂ
 - 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or mixed berries)
 - 1/2 frozen banana (optional â for added creaminess)
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - Ice, as needed
 
Optional Garnishes:
- Swirl of peanut butter inside the glass
 - Chopped roasted peanuts
 - Crushed freeze-dried strawberries
 - Whipped cream
 
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
 - Blend until smooth and creamy.
 - Taste and adjust: Add more berries for tartness, or a date for extra sweetness.
 - Pour into a glass and add toppings if desired.
