A bright, creamy smoothie that tastes like summer nostalgia—but packed with protein.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of custom blend of egg white & whey protein isolate (we added colustrum, hemp, & electrolytes to our mix!
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup plain skyr (or plain yogurt for extra creaminess)
  • ½ cup milk of choice (we recommend whole milk or oat milk)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 2–3 baby carrots (or a few thin carrot slices for exrta orange color)

 


Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and extra creamy.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy right away.
