Chex, Cheerios, and pretzels coated in white chocolate and grass-fed whey make a crunchy, protein-packed snack. Toss, set, and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein Powder
- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup cheerios (we love Catalina Crunch brand)
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Red & blue sprinkles (optional —we like dye-free brands like Watkins)
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex and pretzels.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second intervals.
- Stir in protein powder until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture over the cereal and pretzels. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread onto the baking sheet and top with sprinkles if using.
- Let set at room temperature or chill for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
