Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Egg White Cookie Butter Protein
  • 15 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup cookie butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt, plus extra for topping
  • ¼ cup oat milk (or more as needed)
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2–3 Biscoff cookies, crumbled

Instructions:

  • Line a small tray or plate with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the dates and press them together into an even layer.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the protein powder, cookie butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, and oat milk until smooth and spreadable.
