Ingredients:
- 1 cup Egg White Cookie Butter Protein
- 15 Medjool dates, pitted
- ¼ cup cookie butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt, plus extra for topping
- ¼ cup oat milk (or more as needed)
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2–3 Biscoff cookies, crumbled
Instructions:
- Line a small tray or plate with parchment paper.
