Rich, chocolatey protein bark layered with melted dark chocolate and crunchy nuts for a satisfying high-protein treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chocolate PB Cup Egg White Protein
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or peanuts

Instructions:

  • Mix protein powder, almond flour, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until a dough forms. Press into a parchment-lined loaf pan or tray

  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and spread over the top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm, then break or slice into bark pieces.
