INGREDIENTS:
- 4 scoops True Nutrition Cookies n' Cream pea protein
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp vegan butter (or coconut butter)
- 4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp egg white (or substitute)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
Cream Frosting:
- 3 oz dairy-free cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sugar-free powdered sweetener
- 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking soda.
