Goal: Get more protein in throughout the day. One slice has about 10g of protein, so it’s an easy way to add more protein to breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, honey, milk, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Add oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, checking at 35 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
