Build your own mix in a few steps. Each step below lists every option you can choose, with its current price per pound.
How to build your mix
- Choose your Base Ingredients and set the percentage of each, in 5% steps, so they total 100%.
- Choose a flavor you like and its intensity: Light, Regular or Heavy.
- Choose up to 4 Boosts for your mix.
- Name your mix for its personalized label, choose your total pounds, packaging and scoops, pick a subscription or one-time purchase, and add it to your cart.
Step 1: Select Base Ingredients
The base is the foundation of your mix. Start by selecting between greens, fruit/veggie, and macronutrient powders and what percentage you'd like of each to total 100% of your base mix. You can add flavors and boosts in the upcoming steps.

Name your mix
Every mix ships with a personalized label. Give your mix a name of up to 50 characters and it's printed on the label.
Quantity and packaging
Choose how many pounds you want, from 1 lb up to 100 lb.
This mix ships in individual 1 lb EZ-Seal bags.
Scoops
Scoops are plastic and 90cc in volume. The weight per scoop varies by powder density, from around 35 grams for lighter powders to over 50 grams for denser ones.
- 1 scoop: one scoop placed inside your package (with several packages, one inside each).
- 1 scoop on the side: one individually wrapped scoop included in the box, not inside a package (available with 2 or more packages).
- No scoops.

Start with https://truenutrition.com/en-ml/products/greens-customizer? and join each choice with &. Each option is named by its handle, the last part of its product link in the tables above (for example, /products/whey-protein-concentrate is whey-protein-concentrate).
- Base ingredient: handle=percent, for example whey-protein-concentrate=50. Use multiples of 5; all base percentages must total 100.
- Flavor: handle=intensity, where intensity is light, regular or heavy.
- Boost: handle=true.
- Packaging: b1=number of 1 lb bags.
- Scoops: s=0 for no scoops, s=1 for one scoop (on the side when there is more than one package), or s equal to the number of packages for one scoop in each.
