Skip the shake and switch up how you get your protein in. Easy to make, easy to grab, and a simple way to get a little more protein into your day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Whey Protein Isolate
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2–3 tbsp milk, as needed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas and mix in the peanut butter.
- Add protein powder, oats, cinnamon and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. If it feels too thick, add milk 1 tbsp at a time.
- Spread into the pan and top with extra chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20–24 minutes, until the center is just set.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
