Goal: Get more protein in throughout the day. One slice has about 10g of protein, so it’s an easy way to add more protein to breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  • Add eggs, honey, milk, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  • Add oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, checking at 35 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
