    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) in 8-12floz of water, juice, or milk. Shake or stir and enjoy!

    Get's the job done

    Taste just like raw sweet potato & convenient if you want to get some carbs in. CONS,. Not as sweet as I was expecting, doesn't mix well, you'll have to constantly shake your bottle.
