I haven't found a better protein than this. I can mix it with whatever fruit flavor powder or electrolyte or smoothie I want. No fillers, no artificial flavors or ingredients. It's simply the best.

Recently purchased as I was interested in the easy digestibility. I drink casein before bed each night and sometimes doesn’t always sit right so thought this might help.
But the drink was literally and figurative undrinkable.
I had read about the bitterness and to get a sweeter stronger flavor, but even that didn’t help. Had the worst aftertaste of any protein powder I’ve ever had and I’ve been drinking them for over 20 years and remember some really bad ones and even unflavored ones, but this was by far the worst. Normally I can choke down any type of drink mix or supplement but just couldn’t with this one.
On top of the taste being bad, I mixed it with some unsweetened almond milk and threw it in the magic bullet blender and within seconds it had turned from a liquid into a meringue like foam, so I literally couldn’t drink it, turning the cup upside down and it just stayed there. I had to spoon it out and eat it, but in the end couldn’t finish it all because of the taste.
Because it was expensive and don’t want to waste it will throw it in with my other casein to dilute it at about a 4:1 or 5:1 ratio, probably needs to be at about that to remove the taste.
This is not a knock against True Nutrition. All their other protein powders I have tried have been great and I have been drinking them for years and highly recommend them. I easily go through about 25 lbs a year from True Nutrition. But this product just wasn’t for me.
