    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) in 8-12floz of water, juice, or milk. Shake or stir, and enjoy!

    I am using this for probiotic drink fermentation, so I cannot really speak to its effectiveness but the company, True Nutrition, has been great with prompt shipping and follow up. That alone was enough to consider this company as very engaged with high confidence in its product quality and range of offerings.

    Very bitter. Got it to mix with Vitargo as a peri workout drink bit too bitter to use. May try just EAAs instead.

    Excellent way to add the highest quality protien

    Highest quality protein out there. Very foamy but not crazy bitter. I put it in my mouth ans swig it down with water to add protein to meals or in-between meals.
