I was searching for an
I was searching for an alternative to casein for my bedtime snack, since casein and whey were making my face break out. I stumbled upon this formula in the RP Facebook group, and I’m so happy I did! It is filling and tasty, like casein, but my body tolerates it much better. Mixes up great with banana or oatmeal and peanut butter. The salted caramel flavor is on point!
