    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) in 8-12floz of water, juice, or milk.

    • Additional Flavoring Ingredients (if selected):
    • TrueFlavors: Flavoring (Natural Flavoring Extracts, non-GMO Rice Powder, Gum Acacia, Stevia).
    • Natural Premium Flavoring: Flavoring (Natural Flavoring and Coloring, Stevia, Maltodextrin).

    Didn't digest well.

    I had tried Milk Isolate in some ready to drink shakes and they digested fine. I purchased this one so I could make my own shakes. Somehow it was much different than the RTD's in that it didn't mix well and sat in my stomach like a brick for much of the day.

    I like this protein. Mixes

    I like this protein. Mixes well with other types of proteins. Excellent by itself or added to milk. I use an unflavored version.
