    • Our Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Super Grade has undergone 10% total hydrolysis in a controlled enzymatic-treatment of whey protein in order to produce a high-quality protein. The 10% hydrolysis increases the digestibility of the protein material but does result in an increase in bitterness.
    • We recommend going heavy on the flavor, or pairing it with bold, fruity flavoring for optimal results.

    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Scoop) in 8-12floz of water, juice, or milk.

    Flavor Ruins It

    I almost hate to write this review, I truly love True Nutrition and all the products I've tried up to this point. I have always pinched pennies on protein over the years, buying cheaper brands and doing my due diligence to research quality and testing to try and find the best of the cheaper brands. Now that I'm older and doing better financially, I wanted to invest in my nutrition and upgrade my supplementation and I trust True Nutrition to be top of the line in terms of quality. I don't doubt that this protein is great in terms of quality, but I got the caramel macchiato and the flavor is down right unbearable. I'm not a picky person by any means and I've choked down less than ideal tasting supplements for years, but there was something about this that I just couldn't do. I'm not sure if there was just too much sweetener in it or what, but it seriously turned my face sideways drinking it. Glad I only got a 1lb bag.
