Each Natural Premium Flavor Pack comes with 50 grams of flavoring material, which will typically flavor anywhere between 2-5lbs of most protein and carbohydrate powders, or approximately 25-30 servings of most supplement powders! The Natural Premium Flavor Packs will only include all-natural flavoring, coloring, and sweetening ingredients, so that you may eliminate any artificial flavor components from your daily nutritional intake.

• Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1/2 Teaspoon) in 8-12floz of water, juice, or milk mixed with your favorite protein, carbohydrate, or supplement powder.
